Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2019, there were 494,936 people that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian alone in Massachusetts and they represented 7.18% of the total population of Massachusetts in 2019. Middlesex County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone population (211,813), followed by Norfolk County (85,406), and Suffolk County (74,119).
