Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2018, there were 126,948 people that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian alone in Missouri and they represented 2.07% of the total population of Missouri in 2018. St. Louis County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone population (45,255), followed by Jackson County (13,308), and St. Charles County (10,379). On the other hand, Worth County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone (4), followed by Carter County (7), and Scotland County (10).
