Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2019, there were 130,906 people that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian alone in Missouri and they represented 2.13% of the total population of Missouri in 2019. St. Louis County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone population (46,752), followed by Jackson County (13,521), and St. Charles County (10,863). On the other hand, Worth County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone (4), followed by Carter County (8), and Scotland County (11).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian alone, Boone County had the highest percentage (4.99%), followed by St. Louis County (4.7%), and Phelps County (3.62%).
