Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2011, there were 28,198 people that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian alone in New Mexico and they represented 1.36% of the total population of New Mexico in 2011. Bernalillo County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone population (15,430), followed by Doña Ana County (2,199), and Sandoval County (1,862). On the other hand, Harding County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone (0), followed by De Baca County (1), and Catron County (6).
