Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2012, there were 29,109 people that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian alone in New Mexico and they represented 1.39% of the total population of New Mexico in 2012. Bernalillo County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone population (15,929), followed by Doña Ana County (2,248), and Sandoval County (1,914). On the other hand, Harding County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone (0), followed by De Baca County (1), and Catron County (6).
