Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2023, there were 37,467 people that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian alone in New Mexico and they represented 1.77% of the total population of New Mexico in 2023. Bernalillo County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone population (19,791), followed by Doña Ana County (2,745), and Sandoval County (2,609). On the other hand, Harding County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone (0), followed by De Baca County (4), and Catron County (14).
