Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2010, there were 195,424 people that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian alone in Ohio and they represented 1.69% of the total population of Ohio in 2010. Franklin County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone population (45,702), followed by Cuyahoga County (33,256), and Hamilton County (16,446). On the other hand, Morgan County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone (16), followed by Monroe County (16), and Harrison County (22).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian alone, Delaware County had the highest percentage (4.39%), followed by Warren County (3.98%), and Franklin County (3.92%).
