Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2013, there were 223,240 people that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian alone in Ohio and they represented 1.93% of the total population of Ohio in 2013. Franklin County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone population (54,137), followed by Cuyahoga County (36,400), and Hamilton County (18,400). On the other hand, Morgan County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone (15), followed by Monroe County (17), and Vinton County (25).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian alone, Delaware County had the highest percentage (5.06%), followed by Warren County (4.57%), and Franklin County (4.44%).
