Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2016, there were 261,276 people that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian alone in Ohio and they represented 2.25% of the total population of Ohio in 2016. Franklin County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone population (67,180), followed by Cuyahoga County (40,064), and Hamilton County (21,627). On the other hand, Morgan County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone (16), followed by Monroe County (22), and Vinton County (26).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian alone, Delaware County had the highest percentage (6.3%), followed by Warren County (5.43%), and Franklin County (5.27%).
