Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2011, there were 96,830 people that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian alone in Tennessee and they represented 1.51% of the total population of Tennessee in 2011. Shelby County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone population (22,235), followed by Davidson County (20,199), and Knox County (8,570). On the other hand, Pickett County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone (4), followed by Clay County (6), and Van Buren County (8).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian alone, Williamson County had the highest percentage (3.22%), followed by Davidson County (3.18%), and Rutherford County (3.1%).
