Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2017, there were 121,051 people that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian alone in Tennessee and they represented 1.80% of the total population of Tennessee in 2017. Davidson County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone population (25,255), followed by Shelby County (24,858), and Rutherford County (10,916). On the other hand, Pickett County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone (2), followed by Clay County (8), and Van Buren County (10).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian alone, Williamson County had the highest percentage (4.51%), followed by Davidson County (3.67%), and Rutherford County (3.45%).
