Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone population (1,139,137), followed by Will County (86,269), and St. Clair County (75,803). On the other hand, Scott County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone (31), followed by Calhoun County (35), and Putnam County (36).
