Marion County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone population (244,268), followed by Lake County (124,347), and Allen County (41,977). On the other hand, Warren County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone (17), followed by Ohio County (21), and Martin County (21).
