Marion County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone population (259,570), followed by Lake County (117,073), and Allen County (42,747). On the other hand, Warren County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone (17), followed by Martin County (23), and Ohio County (25).
