Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2022, there were 311,749 people that identified as Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone in Nevada and they represented 9.81% of the total population of Nevada in 2022. Clark County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone population (292,749), followed by Washoe County (12,355), and Nye County (2,013). On the other hand, Eureka County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone (27), followed by Esmeralda County (28), and Lander County (55).
