Cuyahoga County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone population (375,773), followed by Franklin County (246,568), and Hamilton County (205,610). On the other hand, Vinton County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone (35), followed by Wyandot County (42), and Monroe County (61).
