Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2014, there were 6,871 people that identified as Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone in Wyoming and they represented 1.18% of the total population of Wyoming in 2014. Laramie County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone population (2,572), followed by Natrona County (966), and Albany County (577). On the other hand, Niobrara County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone (14), followed by Hot Springs County (29), and Weston County (38).
