Laramie County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone population (2,368), followed by Natrona County (909), and Albany County (578). On the other hand, Niobrara County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone (21), followed by Hot Springs County (30), and Weston County (35).
