Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2015, there were 557,506 people that identified as Non-Hispanic Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander alone in the United States and they represented 0.17% of the total US population in 2015.

California had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander alone population (141,612), followed by Hawaii (137,628), and Washington (46,688). On the other hand, Vermont had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander alone population (172) followed by District of Columbia (297), and Delaware (325).
