Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2013, there were 460,567 people that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone in Alaska and they represented 62.44% of the total population of Alaska in 2013. Anchorage Borough had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (182,623), followed by Matanuska-Susitna Borough (77,736), and Fairbanks North Star Borough (72,929). On the other hand, Yakutat City and Borough had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (232), followed by Kusilvak Borough (291), and Lake and Peninsula Borough (371).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone, Skagway Borough had the highest percentage (85.27%), followed by Denali Borough (85.22%), and Kenai Peninsula Borough (81.92%).
