Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2022, there were 2,304,374 people that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone in Connecticut and they represented 63.86% of the total population of Connecticut in 2022. Capitol Planning Region had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (599,607), followed by Western Connecticut Planning Region (382,691), and South Central Connecticut Planning Region (340,613). On the other hand, Northeastern Connecticut Planning Region had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (84,937), followed by Northwest Hills Planning Region (94,653), and Lower Connecticut River Valley Planning Region (143,207).
