Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (2,245,903), followed by DuPage County (633,939), and Will County (446,068). On the other hand, Pulaski County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (3,608), followed by Hardin County (3,883), and Pope County (3,899).
