Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2018, there were 7,773,734 people that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone in Illinois and they represented 61.09% of the total population of Illinois in 2018. Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (2,182,505), followed by DuPage County (616,239), and Will County (435,357). On the other hand, Pulaski County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (3,473), followed by Hardin County (3,673), and Pope County (3,794).
