Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2013, there were 3,770,878 people that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone in Kentucky and they represented 85.57% of the total population of Kentucky in 2013. Jefferson County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (527,058), followed by Fayette County (224,201), and Kenton County (145,731). On the other hand, Robertson County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (2,172), followed by Hickman County (4,141), and Owsley County (4,488).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone, Leslie County had the highest percentage (98.18%), followed by Jackson County (98.06%), and Lewis County (98.04%).
