Cumberland County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (259,072), followed by York County (189,188), and Penobscot County (145,521). On the other hand, Piscataquis County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (16,710), followed by Franklin County (29,658), and Washington County (29,833).
