Cumberland County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (263,245), followed by York County (190,516), and Penobscot County (143,146). On the other hand, Piscataquis County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (16,181), followed by Washington County (28,620), and Franklin County (28,847).
