Cumberland County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (264,589), followed by York County (192,926), and Penobscot County (142,391). On the other hand, Piscataquis County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (16,002), followed by Washington County (28,114), and Franklin County (28,557).
