Cumberland County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (271,506), followed by York County (198,834), and Penobscot County (141,839). On the other hand, Piscataquis County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (15,891), followed by Washington County (27,892), and Franklin County (28,121).
