Cumberland County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (274,382), followed by York County (202,700), and Penobscot County (143,652). On the other hand, Piscataquis County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (16,385), followed by Washington County (28,042), and Franklin County (29,162).
