Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2023, there were 777,397 people that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone in New Mexico and they represented 36.77% of the total population of New Mexico in 2023. Bernalillo County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (257,094), followed by Santa Fe County (71,359), and Sandoval County (64,663). On the other hand, Harding County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (340), followed by Guadalupe County (727), and Mora County (788).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone, Catron County had the highest percentage (74.8%), followed by Los Alamos County (70.17%), and Sierra County (64.43%).
