Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2017, there were 10,937,281 people that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone in New York and they represented 55.82% of the total population of New York in 2017. Suffolk County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (1,009,174), followed by Kings County (949,556), and Nassau County (819,050). On the other hand, Hamilton County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (4,253), followed by Schuyler County (17,056), and Yates County (23,779).
