Multnomah County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (545,977), followed by Washington County (377,063), and Clackamas County (337,536). On the other hand, Wheeler County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (1,269), followed by Sherman County (1,703), and Gilliam County (1,765).
