Multnomah County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (525,209), followed by Washington County (365,141), and Clackamas County (331,591). On the other hand, Wheeler County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (1,239), followed by Sherman County (1,700), and Gilliam County (1,770).
