Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2023, there were 3,083,446 people that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone in Oregon and they represented 72.84% of the total population of Oregon in 2023. Multnomah County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (525,209), followed by Washington County (365,141), and Clackamas County (331,591). On the other hand, Wheeler County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (1,239), followed by Sherman County (1,700), and Gilliam County (1,770).
