Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2011, there were 10,078,982 people that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone in Pennsylvania and they represented 79.07% of the total population of Pennsylvania in 2011. Allegheny County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (987,767), followed by Montgomery County (633,024), and Philadelphia County (562,326). On the other hand, Cameron County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (4,898), followed by Forest County (5,760), and Sullivan County (6,046).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone, Elk County had the highest percentage (98.09%), followed by Jefferson County (97.82%), and Cameron County (97.73%).
