Allegheny County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (987,767), followed by Montgomery County (633,024), and Philadelphia County (562,326). On the other hand, Cameron County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (4,898), followed by Forest County (5,760), and Sullivan County (6,046).
