Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2013, there were 9,999,659 people that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone in Pennsylvania and they represented 78.25% of the total population of Pennsylvania in 2013. Allegheny County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (984,161), followed by Montgomery County (630,725), and Philadelphia County (557,359). On the other hand, Cameron County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (4,791), followed by Forest County (5,626), and Sullivan County (5,923).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone, Elk County had the highest percentage (97.77%), followed by Jefferson County (97.71%), and Armstrong County (97.43%).
