Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2016, there were 9,844,761 people that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone in Pennsylvania and they represented 76.98% of the total population of Pennsylvania in 2016. Allegheny County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (968,026), followed by Montgomery County (625,939), and Philadelphia County (549,379). On the other hand, Cameron County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (4,535), followed by Forest County (5,354), and Sullivan County (5,715).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone, Elk County had the highest percentage (97.51%), followed by Jefferson County (97.29%), and Armstrong County (97.17%).
