Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2019, there were 9,684,468 people that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone in Pennsylvania and they represented 75.67% of the total population of Pennsylvania in 2019. Allegheny County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (948,821), followed by Montgomery County (622,247), and Philadelphia County (542,502). On the other hand, Cameron County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (4,239), followed by Forest County (5,125), and Sullivan County (5,573).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone, Elk County had the highest percentage (97.28%), followed by Jefferson County (97.12%), and Armstrong County (96.96%).
