Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2011, there were 5,228,096 people that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone in Virginia and they represented 64.53% of the total population of Virginia in 2011. Fairfax County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (598,489), followed by Virginia Beach city (284,565), and Chesterfield County (208,059). On the other hand, Emporia city had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (1,751), followed by Highland County (2,219), and Charles City County (2,942).
