Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2013, there were 5,263,650 people that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone in Virginia and they represented 63.76% of the total population of Virginia in 2013. Fairfax County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (601,864), followed by Virginia Beach city (284,453), and Loudoun County (210,805). On the other hand, Emporia city had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (1,665), followed by Highland County (2,150), and Charles City County (2,916).
