Fairfax County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (594,432), followed by Virginia Beach city (282,071), and Loudoun County (218,099). On the other hand, Emporia city had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (1,582), followed by Highland County (2,134), and Charles City County (2,942).
