Fairfax County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (585,234), followed by Virginia Beach city (278,157), and Loudoun County (223,484). On the other hand, Emporia city had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (1,534), followed by Highland County (2,144), and Charles City County (2,956).
