Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2017, there were 189,243 people in Iowa who identified as Hispanic or Latino. Among this group, 88.45% (167,388) identified their race as White, 3.80% (7,192) identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native, and 3.56% (6,744) identified their race as Two Or More Races .
