Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2022, there were 383,035 people in Kansas who identified as Hispanic or Latino. Among this group, 88.30% (338,220) identified their race as White, 3.87% (14,811) identified their race as Two Or More Races , and 3.43% (13,138) identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native.
