Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2023, there were 227,978 people in Kentucky who identified as Hispanic or Latino. Among this group, 85.54% (195,019) identified their race as White, 6.36% (14,502) identified their race as Black or African American, and 3.88% (8,850) identified their race as Two Or More Races .
