Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2022, there were 298,485 people in Missouri who identified as Hispanic or Latino. Among this group, 83.93% (250,527) identified their race as White, 5.41% (16,159) identified their race as Black or African American, and 5.34% (15,929) identified their race as Two Or More Races .
