Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2012, there were 3,546,602 people in New York who identified as Hispanic or Latino. Among this group, 74.62% (2,646,391) identified their race as White, 16.26% (576,836) identified their race as Black or African American, and 3.91% (138,536) identified their race as Two Or More Races .
