Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2023, there were 197,404 people in Rhode Island who identified as Hispanic or Latino. Among this group, 73.10% (144,292) identified their race as White, 15.81% (31,199) identified their race as Black or African American, and 4.76% (9,389) identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native.
