According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2014, the net domestic migration for Iowa was -869. Polk County had the highest net domestic migration (3,210) followed by Dallas County (1,654), and Story County (559). On the other hand, Woodbury County had the lowest net domestic migration (-832), followed by Marshall County (-494), and Black Hawk County (-451).
