According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2019, the net domestic migration for Iowa was -5,566. Dallas County had the highest net domestic migration (2,658) followed by Polk County (522), and Warren County (329). On the other hand, Iowa had the lowest net domestic migration (-5,566), followed by Black Hawk County (-1,418), and Johnson County (-632).
