According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2016, the net domestic migration for Kansas was -18,179. Johnson County had the highest net domestic migration (846) followed by Leavenworth County (601), and Douglas County (301). On the other hand, Riley County had the lowest net domestic migration (-3,469), followed by Geary County (-2,479), and Sedgwick County (-2,022).
